Come pray with us on Thursday, March 4th! The church building is scheduled to be open for prayer all day - 8am to 8pm. All are welcome to come for any amount of time on that day. We plan to gather and then whoever wishes to pray aloud may do so...or you can simply listen and pray along in your heart.
Following the day of prayer and partly in preparation for the upcoming revival, we are also planning on having a Week of Prayer, Monday, March 8th - Saturday, March 13th, at 7pm each night. Lord willing, we will pray for an hour or so every evening. Feel free to come to the church and pray with us for any length of time on those evenings as well.
"And take the helmet of salvation, and the sword of the Spirit, which is the word of God: Praying always with all prayer and supplication in the Spirit, and watching thereunto with all perseverance and supplication for all saints..."
Ephesians 6:17-18

Christmas Program
The Peninsula Baptist Church Christmas Program has been scheduled for Thursday, December 17th at 6:30pm. All are welcome to come enjoy an evening of music! We pray that this will be an opportunity for all of us to learn more about and glorify the Lord Jesus Christ together.
The plans include a simple presentation about the events surrounding the birth of Christ, choral and solo versions of various historical and traditional carols, and everyone singing along with favorite Christmas songs.
Just as a sampling, some of the songs we plan to share are:
"There's a Song in the Air" (traditional American carol)
"Remember Adam's Fall" (Renaissance carol by Thomas Ravenscroft)
"Star in the East" (traditional American song)
"Andjeli Pevaju" (Serbian carol)
"Sussex Carol" (traditional British)
The program also includes favorite Christmas songs like "O, Holy Night," "O Come All Ye Faithful, and "Joy to the World."
We hope that you will be able to join us!
